Health center and community center

In a time of more outpatients and fewer inpatients, a Connecticut hospital chain, St. Vincent's Medical Center, based in Bridgeport, turns a health center into a community center too. Hospitals are retooling themselves to address  dramatic  economic, technological, regulatory and demographic change.
